Cooking Class By Jambangan Cooking Class
Jambangan Bali Cooking Class is a traditional Balinese cooking class that offers a hands-on experience in preparing authentic Balinese dishes. In a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere, you will be guided through the process of cooking Balinese food, starting from selecting fresh ingredients to preparing traditional dishes. All activities are practiced directly, allowing you to fully participate in the cooking process. Experienced instructors will guide you clearly and in an easy-to-understand way.
If you join the morning class, you will begin with a visit to a traditional market to select fresh ingredients and learn about various local produce used in Balinese cuisine. You will also enjoy the beautiful green rice fields before continuing the journey to a traditional Balinese house, where you will learn about local life and Balinese architecture. Next, you will learn how to make canang, the daily offering that plays an important role in Balinese culture. The activity continues with a demonstration of the traditional coconut oil-making process, giving you insight into natural methods that are still used today.
After the cultural introduction, you will take part in a hands-on cooking class guided by professional instructors, preparing Balinese dishes step by step. The experience concludes with lunch or dinner, where you can enjoy the food you have cooked yourself.
As a souvenir, you will take home a recipe book and a certificate as proof of your authentic Balinese cooking experience.
