Guests also have the opportunity to participate in bathing the elephants, helping to clean and care for them in a safe and enjoyable way. In addition, visitors can feed the elephants, take photos, and explore the elephant art gallery to learn more about their lives, habits, and behaviors.

For the comfort and safety of all participants, the following age categories apply
- Adult: 13 years and above
- Child: 5 to 12 years
- Infant: 4 years and under
- Family package: Up to 2 adults and 3 children or infants
For reservations, bookings must be made no later than two days (H-2) before the activity date. If the booking is made well in advance and cancelled seven days (H-7) prior to the activity date, the payment will be non-refundable.
